1. Who we are

/210 is the trade name of COMANDO210 LLC (registration 586247, Puerto Rico), based in Ponce, Puerto Rico. We operate remotely. We are responsible for the data collected on this website.

When we operate an agent for a client business (for example, a dental clinic), we process the data on behalf of that business and following its instructions.

2. What data we collect

• This website's form: name, email address, phone number and the time you choose for the meeting.
• Agent service: the information a person shares when calling or messaging the business, such as name, phone number, reason for the appointment and the appointment date and time.
• Recordings and transcripts of calls handled by the agent.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. It only stores preferences such as light or dark mode in your browser.

3. What we use it for

• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and reminding appointments on behalf of the client business.
• Giving the client business reports on the calls and appointments handled.
• Replying to people who contact us through this website and coordinating the requested meeting.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Call recording

Calls handled by the agent may be recorded and transcribed to log the appointment correctly and improve the service to the client business. Callers are notified at the start of every call.

5. Health information

When the client business is a medical or dental practice, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA) with each practice before going live, and we handle patient information under that agreement.

6. Service providers that process data

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf:

• Telephony (Twilio).
• Voice platform for the agents (Retell AI).
• Hosting for this website and its form (Vercel and Supabase). They do not store patient data.
• Artificial intelligence model providers that interpret the conversation.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service to the client business, or for as long as the law or our contract with that client requires. When the service ends, the data is returned to the client or deleted as agreed.

8. How we protect it

• Restricted access: only staff who need it to provide the service can see the data.
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) on this website and on connections with our providers.
• Provider accounts protected and separated by client where applicable.

9. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to samuel@command210.com. If we collected your data on behalf of a business (for example, your clinic), we will coordinate the request with that business.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
